Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of ordering. Special payment terms may be available upon request and approval.

Delivery

• Orders over $150 within our service area: $10 delivery fee
• Orders under $150: $20 delivery fee
• Outside service area: Shipping costs based on location and weight
• Free warehouse pickup option available

Reporting Issues

Report claims, shortages, or delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt. Issues reported after this timeframe may not be addressed.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before delivery, except for non-cancellable/non-returnable special products. Post-delivery cancellations will incur return shipping costs.

Liability

We are not responsible for damages from improper product use, negligence, or manufacturer issues.
