Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Participate:

• The giveaway is open to customers who register on our website and make their first qualifying purchase.
• To enter for the first prize (Pocket Knife), customers must make a first purchase of at least $150 after registering on the website.
• For the second prize (Dewalt drill set), customers making a purchase of $500 through the MBA website or more will be automatically eligible for the raffle.
• Company employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

2. Prizes and Participation:

• The first prize consists of a Pocket Knife, and the Grand Prize is a Dewalt drill set.
• In case the Pocket Knife or Dewalt drill set is out of stock, an equivalent gift will be offered as a substitute.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.

3. Entry Period:

• The entry period for the giveaway starts on March 26 and ends on May 31, 2024.
• Purchases made outside this period will not be considered for the giveaway.

4. Raffle and Winner Selection:

• The giveaway raffle will take place during the month of June using the Random.org platform to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• The company's decision regarding winner selection is final and cannot be disputed.

5. Notification and Prize Delivery:

• Winners will be notified by email and phone.
• If a winner does not respond to the notification within 15 business days, a new winner will be selected through another raffle.
• Prizes will be delivered to the winners during the month of June 2024, with the exact date to be scheduled with the winner.

6. Privacy and Data Collection:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for raffle purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the company's privacy policy.

7. Changes and Termination:

• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

• Entries deemed fraudulent or orders not approved by management will be disqualified from receiving any prize.
